Winemakers, celebrity chefs and culinary luminaries are coming together in one breathtaking setting in Aspen for three days of tastings, cooking demos, wine and beverage seminars, and exclusive networking opportunities.

• Thursday 16 June - Welcome Event - Join us and experience a selection of Australian wine as the exclusive pouring partner of the Food & Wine Classic Welcome Event
• Friday 17 June - Mountaintop VIP Party - "Down Under, Up Top" sponsored by Penfolds, featuring a selection of exceptional wines including Bin 311 Chardonnay, Bin 28 Kalimna Shiraz and Bin 389 Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz. Pairing stations will match Penfolds wines with each dish, including premium produce supplied by True Aussie Beef and Lamb. 
• Friday 17 June - Sunday 19 June - Stop by and visit the Australia stand in the Grand Tasting Pavilion, where we’ll be pouring a diverse selection of Australia’s most extraordinary wines paired with delicious bites featuring True Aussie Beef and Lamb. Take a tour through Australia’s most iconic wine regions with our partners from Wines of South Australia, Wines of Victoria, and Margaret River Wines.
