Ageing

Cabernet Sauvignon ages well.  High-quality Australian examples can age for 20 years or more. Over time, its colour lightens, its texture softens, and it takes on savoury flavours like cedar and roasted nuts. Store it in a cool, dark and dry place where the temperature doesn’t fluctuate. Wines sealed under cork should be stored lying down.
