Soak up the natural beauty of the Hastings River wine region on New South Wales’ dazzling mid-north coast.

This compact region offers food-friendly wines and fresh seafood within a leafy coastal setting. The first vines were planted here in 1837, and in the 1980s the region was reinvigorated by pioneering family producers.

On the coast you’ll find the holiday town of Port Macquarie, popular for its pristine beaches and top restaurants. Nearby are natural wonders to explore, from subtropical rainforests and dramatic waterfalls to the foothills of the Great Dividing Range.
