Sauvignon Blanc wine is a bit of a chameleon, changing its characteristics depending on where it’s made. It’s grown in many places across Australia, with premium examples coming from cooler climates. Whatever the style, expect a refreshing hit of fruit and flavour.

Ageing

Unoaked Australian Sauvignon Blanc is made to be consumed young. Some high-quality oaked styles can be aged for yup to 5 years. Store it in a cool, dark and dry place where the temperature doesn’t fluctuate. Wines sealed under cork should be stored lying down.
