Trifon Estate Family Reserve wines are vintaged from carefully selected grapes which were harvested at optimum ripeness and crafted utilising traditional and modern wine making methods.
This multiple award-winning full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon expresses aromas of black cherries and dark chocolate with notes of mixed spice that enhance as the wine is allowed to breathe. The palate displays excellent depth and complexity; with layers of dark fruits including black cherry and blackcurrants rounding the palate with a rich lasting finish. This reserve wine is ready to be enjoyed now or can be cellared further

Winemaker's Bio
Glenn Eberbach joined Trifon Estate as Chief Winemaker in 2017, bringing over 20 years’ winemaking experience and a Double Bachelor’s degree in Viticulture and Winemaking from Charles Sturt University.
Glenn has worked in the Yarra Valley for three top ranking wineries, Italy with MGM Mondo del Vino, in the King Valley making wines for several wineries as well as Rutherglen making fortified wines.
Now at Trifon Estate, Glenn is fully devoted to producing wine that enrich the senses. Clean air, fertile soil and artesian spring water, all available at Trifon Estate's vineyard provides Glenn with grapes of the highest quality.
