Wine Description
Winemaking: Estate grown at our Mt Barker vineyard. 100% hand picked from Block 9. Chilled overnight to ensure minimum colour pick-up, whole bunch pressed with only 2 hours skin contact. 30% barrel fermented to give complexity.
Taste: Luscious on the palate with hints of strawberry, orange peel, roses and sweet herbs. Flavours of ripe berries. Notes of floral and herbs balance the bright acidity and mouth watering dry finish.
