Wine Description
Made with fruit hand-picked from old dry-grown vines in the Watervale subregion of the Clare Valley, this single-vineyard wine represents the pinnacle of our Riesling production. Very pale with green hints in the glass, this wine displays delicately lifted floral and zesty lime juice and lemongrass aromas with hints of green apple and thyme. The palate is fresh and concentrated with lemon and lime flavours with flinty and floral characters supported by a fine acid backbone that gives the wine both intensity, length and a fine mineral finish. This is a delicate and complex wine with both refreshing drinkability as a young wine and the power to age gracefully for an extended time in the cellar.
