The 6Ft6 Sauvignon Blanc has hints of lychee and gooseberry follow through onto a refined palate, aided by a restrained acidity and supple texture.
Serve chilled straight from the fridge, this Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect accompaniment to a creamy goat’s cheese, soft brie, summer salads or even fresh seafood such as freshly shucked oysters.
Winemaker's Bio
Dwayne Cunningham grew up in Coonawarra and began working in vineyards from a young age. His love of the region and the wine itself, grew into a desire to become a winemaker. Dwayne completed a Bachelor of Oenology and Viticulture from the University of Adelaide and has since worked in the Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley, Langhorne Creek, Rheinhessen in Germany and Marlborough in New Zealand.
Previously Dwayne has worked at Paxton's Winery in McLaren Vale, predominantly making organic and biodynamic wine before arriving at Austin's Wines and 6Ft6 in 2020.
