Wine Description
Fermented in 5 tonne open top fermenters with heading down boards to submerge the cap, maximising extraction of colour, flavour and tannins. Matured in new and seasoned French and American oak hogsheads for 18 months. Black cherry, black plum, black pepper and cinnamon spice, supple vanilla oak.
