Hand picked and sorted, destemmed, 4-5 days cold soak, wild open fermentation, matured for 12 months in French oak (30% new). Full-bodied with all the traditional richness of Barossa Valley shiraz gift wrapped in contemporary French oak. Interwoven tannins that add length and complexity.
