Wine Description
Hand-picked, destemmed into small open fermenters, 6-8 days on skins, pumped over twice daily, matured for 18 months in aged French barriques. A very good example of full-bodied Barossa Valley shiraz from the Marananga district, crammed full of black fruits, licorice, oak and tannins, all in balance. Deserves cellaring.
