Wine Description
Hand-picked and berry sorted into open-fermenters for fermentation over 10 days. Transferred to new and seasoned French barriques to complete fermentation, then matured for 24 months. Dense black fruits - blackberry, black liqueur cherry and licorice; black pepper, tar and dark chocolate. Fine dusty tannins giving further length and persistence - a wine for cellaring over 10 to 15 years.
