Wine Description
A wine of structure: firm and dry, with a backbone of acid and tannin that ensures our Montepulciano will cellar for 8-10 years. With strong rich colour, serious tannin, and generous flavours, we only need to handle it gently. Open fermented, pumped over just enough so as not to over extract then matured in French oak barrels for 10 months. Powerful yet fresh brightly-fruited palate, with the aroma of predominantly berries. It is delicious!
