Grapes for our Prosecco are harvested from a small family owned vineyard at Whitfield, in the heard of north east Victoria’s alpine region…the King Valley. This gentle, delicately flavoured sparkling wine is best enjoyed with a simple antipasto or prosciutto, melon and mild cheese or as a refreshing aperitif.
