Wine Description
Dark purple-red with an opaque rim edge. Violet flowers and blackberries crushed in the hand; bath salts, talc stone, minerals; lifted rose petal, pink peppercorns, and Turkish confectionery. Rich and ripe with a saving, savoury periphery: sour plums, roasted beetroot, compote dark berries. The berried lushness of the first sip is soon balanced effortlessly before more linear and granular, dry and minerally textures and flavours take over.
