The Chardonnay styles that Paige and Julie enjoy are poles apart. Julie prefers the unoaked, vibrant and clean style whilst Paige prefers the butterscotch, toasty and riper fruit flavours. This wine is a perfect balance between two separately made parcels; one in Julie’s style and one in Paige's, blended together to make a Chardonnay that both can happily drink!
