Wine Description
Displaying a fusion of black currant, plum and clove spices. The palate is full bodied, focused and muscular. Ready to drink now and would reward short term cellaring. A classic, mid weight Coonawarra Cab with luscious red and dark fruits, violets, tomato leaf, plums and mint all on the go. The oak here is French, the acid just right and tannin finish finely polished. Strong aromas of dark berries including blackcurrant and blueberry with light spice and vanilla.
