Fermented for 8 - 10 days on skins then matured in seasoned French Oak for 16 months.
Vibrant magenta in colour, on the nose expect lifted violets, red fruit characters cherry and blood plum. Soft and silky smooth palate with bright blue fruit and dark chocolate finish.
