Wine Description
2024 the ‘Fiori’ is a Chenin Blanc and Muscat Single vineyard field blend coferment. The wine still has a slight orange / onion skin-tinged colour from some short skin contact with the Muscat which provides a phenolic lift and some spicey interest. This is a fun wine. It is dry, crisp, pretty with a lot of charm and appeal. It’s a great day time wine, but equally works as a great dinner wine too.

Winemaker's Bio
Livia Maiorana and Mijan Patterson embarked on an experience-gathering world wine trip in 2013, taking in vintages in the Napa and Sonoma Valleys, Okanagan Valley (Canada), South of France, Tuscany and Sicily. That trip crystallised a desire for their own label based in Margaret River that knit together the approaches they had seen to viticulture and winemaking, as well as the cultural connection with winegrowing. Livia Maiorana has a degree in both organic chemistry and engineering, while Mijan Patterson is a graphic designer. While Maiorana takes the lead in the winery and Patterson in the vineyard, both are deeply engaged across both spheres.
