Wine Description
Winemaking is a game of quick wit, experience and endurance. Each year Mother Nature challenges us and each year we respond. We know how to play the game. The resulting blend is captivating; light on its feet, yet full of character and perfect with food sourced from the land.
This sparkling wine is unique, using largely Vermentino as the sparkling base to provide fresh and light apple characters. The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Arneis add extra complexity and body. Made in the Charmat method, the fruit was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the primary fruit flavours.
Light and fresh sparkling wine with apple, citrus blossom and mineral characters. Refreshingly crisp and dry with layers of fine and lively bubbles. Drink to 2022.
