As dedicated farmers, Fowles have deep respect for provenance and craftsmanship in food and wine. Farm to Table wines embody this connection to the land and enjoyment of it through good food and wine. These wines are bright, generous and carefully blended to complement farm raised produce.
2019 was warm and dry but an excellent year with low yields, intense flavours and natural acidity remained high, perfect for making quality wine. This Pinot Noir was fermented in stainless steel to maximise colour and preserve primary fruit flavours and matured in French oak for six months.
A medium bodied Pinot Noir showcasing varietal characteristics of wild strawberries, cherry and hints of spicy oak. A soft, supple texture with silky tannins. Drink now to 2024.
