In each city we will host a trade seminar in the morning, followed by a walkaround tasting, showcasing a broad range of varieties and styles.

Wine Australia’s Mark Davidson will lead the seminar, Style Shifts: Australia’s Varietal Evolution, and the discussion will focus on how Australian winemakers are adapting to a changing environment and global marketplace, experimenting with emerging varieties and evolving wine styles to shape Australian wine’s sustainable future. 

The walkaround tastings will focus exclusively on Australia’s vibrant white wines and sparkling wines, from more than 15 wine regions, showcasing a broad range of varieties and styles, from Hunter Valley Semillons and Eden Valley Rieslings to Tasmanian sparkling, Margaret River Chardonnay, and emerging varieties like Fiano and Vermentino. All paired with small bites that illustrate the food-friendly, vibrant styles that are defining modern Australian wine.
