Wine Australia is hosting trade events in all four cities in April/May 2026 and helping sommeliers and retail buyers discover the incredible quality and diversity of Australian wine is an important element of Wine Australia’s education and trade engagement strategy.

• Minneapolis – Tuesday 28 April 2026 – Diane’s Place
• Vancouver – Thursday 30 April 2026 – Chambar Restaurant
• Boston – Tuesday 5 May 2026 – The Banks Seafood & Steak 
• Nashville – Thursday 7 May 2026 – Henrietta Red 

There’s never been a more exciting time for Australian wine, and we can’t wait to share the stories of boundary pushing winemakers, evolving styles, and emerging varieties that are shaping the Australian wine landscape.  

Entry Criteria

• A maximum of six people will go on the trip, from the following cities: Minneapolis, Vancouver, Boston and Nashville
• To be eligible, each applicant must attend the free walk-around trade tasting in their home Roadshow city 
• Must be able to travel to Australia in October 2026
• Applicants must submit a written response to the following two questions:
  

1. What is the opportunity for Australian wine in your wine program?
2. How would you utilise a visit to Australia to raise the profile of Australian wine?

Results

Successful applicants will be announced by 1 June 2026. The successful applications will be based on skill (written communication, professional experience) and potential opportunities for Australian wine in the on- and off-premise.

All accommodation, meals and economy class flights will be covered by Wine Australia. If a winner cannot travel on the selected dates, the trip will be offered to another applicant. There is no rain check / cash option.
