Wine Description
An exploration of some of the finest vineyard sites McLaren Vale’s ancient coastal landscape has to offer. Crafted with a gentle patience, using entirely by-hand winemaking techniques. The resulting wines demonstrate the beauty, complexity and character of place, varietal and vintage.
Gentle and traditional small batch winemaking. Open fermented with gentle plunging, basket pressed and then matured in 100% tight grained French oak hogsheads. The wine was clarified naturally to preserve flavour, tannin and texture.
Showcasing McLaren Vale’s brooding savoury side, which when enhanced with the regions plush dark fruits transports Shiraz to a deliciously ethereal level.
