A great example of Coonawarra Shiraz. Very small crops and excellent ripening conditions for the 2018 harvest saw a concentration of fruit and flavour. Time in bottle will see even more complexity develop, with an increase in cedar and savoury characters.
Winemaker's Bio
Bryan has spent over 25 years making wine in Coonawarra. Previous to that he worked for Southcorp/Penfolds in various roles at the Nuriootpa, Wynns and Rouge Homme sites. Bryan lives locally and grows his own olives and garden produce which he delivers to the staff regularly. His hobbies include gardening, cooking and all sport. His favourite Friday night tipple is the Sparkling Pinot Noir with a simple home made pizza
