Sourced from a single vineyard in Eden Valley (altitude 420m), this wine displays an inherent fruit intensity, fine natural acidity and great fruit purity. Once your palate negotiates the bright citrus flavours, the wine glides across the mid-palate with an energetic gait showing hints of mineral ‘wet slate’, orange blossom, white flowers and talc.
