Just east of the Pindarie homestead and cellar door rises Schoff’s Hill. From this vantage point there are uninterrupted views of the Barossa ranges It is along the north-western slopes of this hill some of the Barossa’s most prized Cabernet is grown. Aged in French oak, our Cabernet Sauvignon is wonderfully fragrant, brimming with rich red berry fruits and an elegantly long, dry finish. This wine will reward careful cellaring over 8-10 years.
