Black Hinge is an example of our love of small batch winemaking. Small selected parcels of fruit are hand picked in the standout vintages.
These single vineyard parcels are fermented on skins in small open fermenters with gentle pump over to extract colour, flavour and tannin. Matured for 16 months in predominantly French Oak. Hand crafted from vineyard to bottle, a true reflection of the Barossa’s Western Ridge. Deep, generous and full bodied.
