Wine Description
Although higher in alcohol that this producer's standard affair, this Cabernet Sauvignon is rounded and elegant. Named after Adrian & Deborah Munari's daughter, India Munari this wine leans towards the more savoury expression of Cabernet.
"There's a distinctive smoky, charcuterie quality to the wine in tandem with black cherry, spiced plums, bush mint and briar. Neatly encased in fine, savoury tannins." Jeni Port, Halliday Wine Companion 2021

Winemaker's Bio
Since completing his Associate Diploma of Applied Science (Viticulture), buying the 57 acre property and retiring from the teaching industry, Adrian Munari has built a reputation for fruit driven, elegant and structured wines.
With a passion for exploring wine style and experimenting with new varieties, over his thirty years, Adrian has had plenty of experience with traditional varieties and as well as alternative varieties such as Sangiovese, Verdelho, Vermentino, Malbec & Petit Verdot.
A recent career highlight was winning the wine of the show at the 2021 Heathcote Wine Show with a white wine, the first time it had happened in the history of the show and in only the second year of producing wine with Garganega.
“We want to offer easy drinking wines of great value to those who have no tasting experience and to those who are seasoned veterans”, Adrian Munari.
