Adrian Munari (Winemaker & Viticulturalist), India Munari (Assistant Winemaker)
Winemaker Bio
Adrian Munari made the tree change from inner-city Melbourne to regional Victoria late 1991 with his wife Deborah after having completed his Certificate of Applied Science (Winemaking) at Charles Sturt, Wagga Wagga. What was meant to be a few years of grape growing while he dipped his toe into the industry became a steep learning curve of producing whites and reds in his first year on the job.
Adrian prides himself in his exploration of producing different wines and styles and has produced Verdelo, Chardonnay, Sangiovese, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Late Harvest and Fortified Shiraz over his years of winemaking.
Adrian continues his passion for winemaking and viticulture. Crafting more fruit concentrated, beautifully rounded and charismatic wines that uphold the reputation of a first class Heathcote wine region.

She enjoys delivering easy to understand wine training in a fun and informal way and getting those new to wine engaged and excited.
Her previous role as a Wine Ambassador for global company Pernod Ricard Winemakers was an excellent foundation and introduction to the world of wine where she travelled Australia and the world learning about wine, viticulture & marketing with brands Jacobs Creek, Campo Viejo, Brancott Estate & St Hugo. India believes the art of blending is absolutely critical to maintaining the integrity and house style of the wines and works closely with Adrian Munari to ensure this.
