Since completing his Associate Diploma of Applied Science (Viticulture), buying the 57 acre property and retiring from the teaching industry, Adrian Munari has built a reputation for fruit driven, elegant and structured wines. With a passion for exploring wine style and experimenting with new varieties, over his thirty years, Adrian has had plenty of experience with traditional varieties and as well as alternative varieties such as Sangiovese, Verdelho, Vermentino, Malbec & Petit Verdot.
