Wine Description
Made using Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes, in a "method Provençal" (light in colour, very little skin contact and a long cool fermentation). The juice undergoes fermentation in old 2850L fourdre, to help build texture, whilst ensuring the best aromas are captured, before maturation on lees for four
months.
