Lyons Will Estate

Lyons Will is a 28 hectare property, located in the Macedon Ranges (in the highlands of Central Victoria and south of the great dividing range), growing, producing, and bottling every aspect of their land and environment in each bottle. The vineyard is 510 metres above sea level and consists of Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir and Gamay. Original plantings established in 1996. Lyons Will Estate is a family operation. A project of love driven by winemakers and vignerons Oliver Rapson & Renata Morello. Committed to sustainability, traditional winemaking techniques, minimal intervention and natural outcomes.
