Wine Description
A classic Macedon style of Chardonnay, with a beautiful line of acid and citrus drive. A blend of three clones: 110V1, 110V5, and 110V3.
Handpicked in March 2025, this single block Chardonnay, from 20+ year old vines, is bunch sorted and pressed (50% whole bunch, 50% destemmed). Fermentation (wild) and maturation on lees in French barriques (typically 15% new oak) for 9 months.
