Wine Description
Our Estate Pinot noir is a blend of our 2 blocks. All clones (115, D5V12, MV6 & Abel) were picked and processed separately. 90% of the fruit was destemmed, whole berry sorted and placed in open vats to wild ferment. The remaining fruit underwent semi-carbonic maceration (100% whole bunch). Pressed at dryness to French barriques (20% new, 80% older) for 12 months maturation. This wine has not been fined or filtered.
