The National Wine Centre is bringing bubbles and beats to the Adelaide CBD with The Drop In: Bubbles Anniversary Edition on Sunday 1 November 2026.
Curated for lovers of fizz, taste the full spectrum of Australian Sparkling wine from a handpicked lineup of producers at this special edition of The Drop In marking the National Wine Centre’s 25th anniversary. Lounge on the lawns and enjoy a relaxed afternoon on outdoor terraces overlooking the Adelaide Botanic Garden, with a live music soundtrack to complete those party vibes.
- Tastings from 12pm–3pm. After Party from 3pm–5pm
- Tickets: $55 + booking fee
- Group Tickets: Book 5 or more in one transaction for 15% off.
- Each ticket includes unlimited tastings for three hours (12pm–3pm), as you roam from producer to producer discovering how region, climate and method change the glass.
