Barossa Classics: a WSET taster session
Australia’s wine scene is highly dynamic and renowned for pushing the boundaries and this session will focus on Barossa Valley, one of the country's most celebrated and historic wine regions. Following an introduction by Robert Crouch, who will give an overview of WSET’s study programs and its course providers, Isabel Kottman will guide you through WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT) on three classic wine styles from Barossa Valley and Eden Valley. This tasting will look at the typical characteristics of different grape varieties and the impact of climatic and viticulture factors on its wines, as well as winemaking techniques in the Barossa region.
