Hall 6, Stand E033
14:00 - 14:30
10 February 2026

Discover why bold and beautiful Australian Shiraz is an expression of place and learn how terroir, climate and community all play a role in crafting this legendary wine. Today, Shiraz accounts for nearly a quarter of Australia’s total wine production and it’s the country’s biggest exported grape variety.  From affordable, quaffable BBQ reds to magnificent, age-worthy classics that are truly world-class, there’s a style of Australian Shiraz for everyone. Explore its rich history and ancient vines, and discover lesser-known regions and new expressions in this masterclass with wines from Barossa, McLaren Vale, Clare Valley and the Pyrenees.
