Our Lagoon View Winemakers Selection wines are made from 100% estate grown fruit with minimal intervention, are small batch, limited production, niche wines made by our talented Chief Winemaker. Perfect for special occasions or celebratory moments that can be enjoyed on their own or with food.
Selected and crafted through dedicated winemaking, this Riesling is fine and elegant. The nose is filled with citrus fruits, apple blossom and nuances of kiwi fruit. The palate is crisp and light bodied with lively natural acidity that is typical of great Goulburn Valley Rieslings.
Winemaker's Bio
Glenn Eberbach joined Trifon Estate as Chief Winemaker in 2017, bringing over 20 years’ winemaking experience and a Double Bachelor’s degree in Viticulture and Winemaking from Charles Sturt University.
Glenn has worked in the Yarra Valley for three top ranking wineries, Italy with MGM Mondo del Vino, in the King Valley making wines for several wineries as well as Rutherglen making fortified wines.
Now at Trifon Estate, Glenn is fully devoted to producing wine that enrich the senses. Clean air, fertile soil and artesian spring water, all available at Trifon Estate's vineyard provides Glenn with grapes of the highest quality.
