 Wine Description
Partially fermented in French oak barrels. White blossoms and lychee underpinned by aromas of sea-spray and chopped dried thyme. A medley of flavours on the entry: lemon leaves, grapefruit, gooseberry and pears, all awash with mineral infused natural acidity and porcelain fruit tannin and grip. A finish of pumice and wet slate texture, seasoned with fresh stone fruits and baking spice
