Made from fruit grown in vineyards operated under ACO certified organic practices, this is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a classic example.
A cool growing season (after years of drought) meant the 2021 vintage was a chance for the vines to express vibrant fruits. Cabernet was a standout, with excellent colour, concentration and tannins.
