Fruit from a Terra Rossa soil single vineyard at Krondorf Barossa Valley. Handpicked with 20% whole bunch in fermentation and cool ferment on skins for 14 days before pressing to old French oak barrels.
Vibrant and enticing aroma with a burst of red fruit notes & subtle hints of dried herbs. A True expression of Grenache varietal character. Medium-bodied, juicy and mouthwatering sensation. The tannins are supple, providing a silky texture, while well-balanced acidity keeps the wine lively and refreshing.
Perfectly paired with: Grilled venison/beef, roasted duck/chicken, tomato sauce-based pasta/pizza.
