Founded in 1850, Bleasdale Vineyards is one of Australia’s oldest wineries, celebrating 175 years of continuous winemaking by the direct descendants of the Potts family. A founding winery of the Langhorne Creek region, Bleasdale helped shape its reputation for vibrant, elegant and beautifully textured wines. The fertile floodplains provide ideal conditions for premium grape growing, reflected in every bottle. Recognised as one of the country’s leading producers, Bleasdale was named Halliday Winery of the Year 2024 and has won the prestigious Jimmy Watson Trophy multiple times, cementing its place among Australia’s most respected wineries.

Graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor of Oenology and Viticulture from Adelaide University Nicole has steadily expanded her passion for wine across all varieties after being involved with some of Australia’s best wineries throughout many different regions. This has led to a keen interest in single site Chardonnay and Shiraz that Nicole brings to Bleasdale along with her ability to craft wines showcasing the best expression of each region and vineyard they were grown in. Nicole's passion in the industry is not only limited to the production of wine. Nicole has been actively participating as a judge for regional and national wine shows for the past ten years. Sustainability in the wine industry is also one of Nicole’s passions. She will be working closely with Bleasdale’s Viticulturist and Grower Liaison Officer, Sarah Keough, a Nuffield Australia 2020 Scholarship winner, who is actively involved in the EcoVineyards projects, bringing biodiversity and sustainability to our Vineyards.
