Patrick Sullivan’s passion for wine began while working in vineyards during school breaks. His university studies in viticulture deepened his fascination with Chardonnay, particularly its expression in the rich volcanic soils of Gippsland. Eager to expand his knowledge, Patrick traveled the world, gaining firsthand experience in farming and winemaking. In 2013, he settled in Ellinbank, Gippsland, where he established Tumblestone Farm Vineyard with his family. He now cultivates grapes on Tumblestone and manages four additional exceptional vineyard sites within the Baw Baw Shire.
