Matured only in French Oak Hogsheads, the palate is full and rich. Flavours are of a platter of charcuterie meats with pastrami dominating, all the hallmarks of a truly exceptional premium Shiraz. It exhibits a chocolatey finish with plenty of fruit sweetness, phenomenal length and depth.

Winemaker, Robert Wood brings fresh and diverse experience to the Sans Pareil Estate team. He has worked for a number of wineries, around Australia and overseas. Robert oversees the entire wine production process and his main goal is to create the best wine for our customers.
