Very pale with green highlights.The nose is lifted and expressive, with lemon and lime at the forefront, layered with citrus blossom, green apple, and a subtle sherbet note.The palate is ripe and full-flavoured, with lime juice, passionfruit, and grapefruit flavours supported by fine natural acidity and a crisp texture. The wine’s freshness carries through to a long, persistent finish. Delicious now for its vibrancy and energy, the 2025 Watervale Riesling will also gain further complexity over coming years.
