The wine has aromas of lemon curd, pear and stone fruit with hints of toasted almond. The palate shows fresh white peach and pear, with a little oatmeal,
some soft textural elements and a fine line of acidity and minerality.
Winemaker's Bio
Renae studied Oenology at the University of Adelaide and joined the Farmer’s Leap team in 2011, and she has been the perfect fit ever since. With extensive vintage experiences, Renae has completed vintages in Califfornia, Southern France, Germany, and Spain. Her approach to winemaking is to showcase specific vineyard sites in each wine she makes, capturing the purity and freshness of each grape variety. Renae’s influence and direct involvement in the Farmer’s Leap business and consistent quality is hard to overstate. She shows great commitment, passion and has an endless pursuit of quality that is of immeasurable value to Farmer’s Leap.
