Our dry grown vines are expertly managed to ensure low cropping at 1.5T/acre, this wine has been crafted using Shiraz from two of our estate vineyard sites in Leasingham. The 2017 was hand picked at optimal ripeness with prior to open fermentation. Hand plunging and gentle pressing has retained the fine fruit characters prior to 24 months maturation in American and French oak hogsheads.
