Fruit was harvested in the Wilyabrup Valley of Margaret River. After a gentle pressing, the wine was fermented using natural yeast. 40% of Wilyabrup Valley Chardonnay was transferred to French barrels.
On the nose it shows Wilyabrup's classic ripe white peach, toasty barrel ferment notes, as well as hints of pineapple and pink grapefruit. The palate's entry is delicate with fresh fruit and hints of grilled cashews.
