While almost all Australian Merlot in the bottle is made from one clone, this is made from a parcel of newer clones of Merlot. A pure Merlot, that is a cuvee of clonal batches of Merlot. Expect different flavour profiles and a different style of Australian Merlot. MERITE Merlot aims to be a new Australian benchmark for the variety.
